24、(24a) 和(24b) 如付款方式是預付的，將(22h)或(22l)欄的重量運費(weight charge)或體積重量(volume weight)運費總額填入(24a)格內；如付款方式是到付的，則填入(24b)格內。重量運費/體積重量運費、聲明價值費和稅金只能全部預付或全部到付。
25、(25a)和(25b) 如付款方式是預付的，將聲明價值費（valuation charge）數額填入(25a)格內；如付款方式是到付的，則填入(25b）格內。重量運費/體積重量運費、聲明價值費和稅金只能全部預付或全部到付。
26、(26a)和(26b) 如這兩格是白底的，且付款方式是預付的，將政府收取的稅金數額填入(26a)格內； 如付款方式是到付的，則填入(26b)格內。重量運費/體積運費、聲明價值費和稅金只能全部預付或全部到付。
